    Accurately and efficiently cook and/or prepare and plate a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using necessary equipment and utensils while ensuring food quality, cleanliness, sanitation and safety.

    Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Keep the dish area and equipment clean and organized.

    Provide timely, accurate, responsible and friendly service to Fred’s customers while preparing the highest quality beverages and maintaining a clean, efficient and well stocked bar.

    Provide timely, accurate, responsible and friendly service to Fred’s customers while creating an exceptional Fred’s experience and maintaining a clean, efficient and fun establishment.

  • Position Summary:

    Provide timely, accurate, responsible and friendly service for guests with to go orders, check that all food from Fred’s kitchen is of the highest quality, run food to tables and ensure correct.

  • Assist customers as needed with seating, refills, etc. Remove used tableware: clear, clean & reset tables after customers leave.

  • Position Summary:

    Warmly greet and welcome customers upon arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of customers to a table or bar that best serves their needs.
