The Fred's Texas Cafe Community Support Initiative is an ongoing project that aims to collaborate with local nonprofit organizations to serve and uplift our community.
As part of this initiative, we will be showcasing the impactful work of local nonprofits and contributing a portion of our sales to their causes on a designated day each quarter. By partnering with organizations that prioritize the betterment of community well-being, Fred's Texas Cafe is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our neighbors.
Every Burger, Every Fry, Every Bite Counts.
On Wednesday, December 17th, we will host a Community Initiative Benefit Day at both of our locations, and we need you! We're donating 15% of all sales—including to-go orders—to support the efforts of our community partner, The Archway (formerly SafeHaven).
Whether you’re craving a burger, some fries, or one of our legendary desserts, every bite helps support our local partners. So come hungry, leave happy, and help us give back, Texas style!
At Fred’s, we believe a good meal and a good cause go hand in hand. That’s why we’re proud to stand beside The Archway, helping local families find safety, healing, and a fresh start.
What The Archway Does
Formerly known as SafeHaven of Tarrant County, The Archway has served the community for nearly 50 years and recently rebranded to better reflect its mission: Keep victims safe. Hold offenders accountable. Strengthen the system.
Their services include 24/7 crisis support (hotline: 1-877-701-7233), emergency shelters, legal help, housing transition, school-based prevention programs, and cutting-edge research for lasting change.
Last year alone, they answered nearly 14,000 hotline calls and provided thousands of nights of safe shelter to families in need.
Why We’re Partnering
Because the Lone Star State is only as strong as its communities — and we believe in doing more than serving up cold beer and hot plates. We’re committing to support The Archway’s mission with a portion of proceeds and awareness efforts during our partnership.
How You Can Help
Dine at Fred’s on Benefit Day – On Wednesday, December 17th, we’re donating 15% of all sales — including to-go orders — to support The Archway’s mission.
Drop Off Gift Donations – Help fill The Archway’s holiday stores, where children and mothers can “shop” for gifts at no cost. Bring your new, unwrapped items to either Fred’s location and we’ll make sure they get to families in need this season. Click here to see our Wish List.
