We’ve been flame-roastin’ New Mexico Hatch green chiles all month long at both locations—bringing bold, roasty flavor to some of our favorite plates.

QUESO VERDE - 13

Dip into our creamy queso blanco, spiked with Hatch green chiles and served with a pile of our house-made chips. Bold, melty, and made for sharin’ (or not).

VERDE BURGER - 17

A half-pound Black Angus beef patty with mustard, lettuce, tomato, melty pepper jack, and Hatch chiles—all stacked on a toasted bun and served with fries.

VERDE CHICKEN FRIED STEAK - 19

Our classic Chicken Fried Steak, smothered in rich Hatch chile gravy and served with mashed potatoes, green beans, and a side salad.

Big flavor, straight from the bayou! Blackened chicken breast, blackened bacon, a mound of melty pepper jack cheese, Cajun remoulade, lettuce and tomato. Garnished with fresh diced jalapeño and purple onion.
