  • Position Summary:

    With ultimate responsibility for everything regarding the location, ensure smooth and profitable location operations by overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation and safety.

    Owners / Director of Operations

  • Position Summary:

    Under the direction of the General Manager, with responsibility for everything regarding the location, ensure smooth and profitable location operations by overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation and safety.

    General Manager

  • Position Summary:

    With direct responsibility for everything regarding the kitchen including food quality, food purchasing, food preparation, plate presentation, as well as facility and equipment cleanliness, sanitation, and functionality; ensure the proper training of kitchen crew in methods of cooking, preparation, portion and cost control, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation and safety.

    Assistant Manager / General Manager
